Please carefully read and follow the Care Cards enclosed with your order. Proper handling is essential as we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by improper candle or wax melt usage. Remember, all items are non-edible; they are crafted for aesthetic and aromatic enjoyment only.

Each of our products is handmade, which means subtle differences in colors and details should be expected. These variations make every candle and wax melt unique—no two items are the same. This is part of the charm of owning a one-of-a-kind piece of artistry from Scented Fairytales.

During the hot summer months, we adjust our shipping schedule to reduce the risk of your order sitting in a warm warehouse over the weekend. Shipments are sent Monday through Wednesday, and if you're located in Maryland, we offer same-day shipping for next-day delivery. 

To further ensure product integrity, we recommend promptly bringing packages indoors upon delivery or arranging with your local post office or neighbors to hold your package for pick-up. Please note that we are not responsible for melted items caused by delay in retrieval.

Additionally, both our wax and bath & body products are always made in-house under Suzie’s meticulous care.
